Here are some scenes taken in and around the Hawaii Film Studio, located at 18th Street and Diamond Head Road, where Five-0 was filmed (Seasons 3-12). In those days, it was called the Diamond Head Studio, perhaps to set it apart from such make-do studios as Mongoose Manor.
Hawaii Five-0 has been broadcast continuously since September 1968.
Beginning with first-run broadcasts between September 1968 and April 1980, Five-0 entered syndication even before production concluded in December 1979. In addition to syndication airings, Season 12 was shown as late-night entertainment on CBS. Syndication airings continue to this day, both on cable networks and on individual television stations around the world.
